i had a fantastic stay at central hotel. my executive deluxe king room was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable. the location was perfect, being so close to the subway. i also loved having free access to the swimming pool at grand central hotel, just a short walk away.

You can't beat the location! So close to the vibrant streets and killer eats like Carnation Restaurant and J Prime. Breakfast was a win with a solid array of choices. The staff were super helpful. A clean room adds to the stay!

Our check-in experience was quite disappointing. We arrived very early and expected to drop off our bags, only to find out we couldn't check in until 12pm. Returning at 12pm, we were then informed it would be 2pm instead due to previous guests checking out late. This mismanagement made our arrival frustrating, and to make matters worse, the wifi was terrible throughout our stay.

I found the Central Hotel Shanghai beautifully decorated, featuring elegant common areas with spacious designs, making it accessible and comfortable for seniors like myself. Its proximity to the shopping district and the Bund made exploring effortless and enjoyable.
